These terms and conditions govern the use of catsisters.ro and the cat sitting services provided by Cat Sisters.

1. Services

Cat Sisters provides in-home cat care services (cat sitting), including feeding, litter cleaning, play, medication administration, and other related services, according to the prices displayed on the website.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings are made through the contact form on the website or via phone/WhatsApp.
  • Booking confirmation is made after the free initial visit and payment of a 50% deposit.
  • Cancellation can be made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled visit, with a full refund of the deposit.

3. Responsibility

  • We commit to providing professional and attentive care for each cat.
  • The client must provide accurate information about the cat's health and behavior.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing health issues of the animals.

4. Keys & Access

  • Entrusted keys are kept safely and returned upon completion of the cat sitting period.
  • Key return is charged according to the rate displayed on the website.

5. Prices & Payments

  • Prices are as displayed on catsisters.ro and may be changed without prior notice.
  • Payment is made in RON (Romanian Lei), cash or bank transfer.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR legislation.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logo) is the property of Cat Sisters and may not be reproduced without written consent.
